               Since the monetary crisis in 1998 electrical requirement in Indonesia is increas. high economic growth is one of the factor Indonesia get the problem in electrical requirement. Even though PLN contribute the power of electrical resources but it can’t counterbalance the requirement. It causes PLN decide to arrange the rotating of electrical blackout program. But i wonder why does it happen in the country that rich in natural resources?

            According to me the main cause factor of rotating blackout is the citizenry who steal the energy of electrict. You can imagine so many citizenry who steal the energy of electrict for free. It will break the capacity of electrical energy. The main actor who steal electricity on the large scale is factory. They justify the all ways to get the advantage even it harms for other side. So it’s no wonder if we shortage the electrical energy supply.
